60 yr. female patient presented with severe limb ischemia with necrotic patch (gangrene) on right heel. After femoro-popliteal bypass surgery and debridement of necrotic patch wound heal normally in 3 months time. She needed split thickness skin graft.

60yr. old male with severe necrotising fascitis with septic shock and multiorgan failure recovered completely within 3 months.
